Gloryhound
A captain is putting his desire for personal glory above the Crew’s needs, creating unrest.
Choices and Outcomes
Section titled “Choices and Outcomes”| Decision | Choose | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Option 1 | Side with the Captain | Upon hearing both sides of the argument, it becomes clear the captain’s claim is not without merit. He deserves a bigger share. The Crew, however, is unhappy with what they perceive to be a self-serving decision. |
| Option 2 | Side with the Crew | We are sympathetic to the captain’s claim, but the Articles of Agreement he signed are very clear about how the plunder is to be divided. On his next expedition, he can negotiate better terms. While the wisdom of our decision is applauded, it doesn’t fully heal the rift between the captain and his Crew. |
| Option 3 | Stay Out of It | We thought neutrality was the right approach, but soon realise it may have been the right moment to step in and offer proper guidance. Ultimately, the captain and his Crew find an agreement, but a few disgruntled sailors choose to leave our island, disillusioned by our attitude. |
