Health
Health is a ship stat in Corsair Cove.
Effect
Section titled “Effect”Health is the ship’s loss condition. Repair at a pier before sending a damaged ship into another dangerous event.
Mechanics
Section titled “Mechanics”- Hull or health is the ship’s direct damage buffer.
- Low health turns otherwise winnable event branches into repair problems because many hazards and fights can damage or block the ship directly.
- Practical check: send damaged ships home before another event that mentions fire, storms, combat, forts, or monsters.
Rules and formulas

| Core rule | The ship is lost once the ship health reaches 0. The ship’s health can be restored by repairing the ship at a pier. |
| Loss condition | The ship is lost when health reaches 0. Repair health at a pier before chaining dangerous events. |
| Sea Legs | This is a Health Sea Legs buff. It temporarily increases your ship’s health after completing an Event. Further bonuses can be obtained by completing additional Events. Will be removed when the ship docks at its own island. |
