Coin is a treasure or trade good in Corsair Cove. A jumble of different currencies. Shiny loot.

Economy

| Dancehall | Needed by Crew type sea dogs. |
| Bounty Hunters’ Guildhall | Hire mercenaries to trade Coin for Raid Goods that you cannot produce on your island. |
| Brawler Arena | Host fighting games in the pit of chaos and glory to plunder Coin from the purses of the blood-hungry lot. |
| Grand Market | Trade Coin for Upkeep Resources like food, drinks and clothing. |
| Loan Shark | Gain Coin immediately, pay it back in bits and bobs with a little extra for the trouble. |
| Rising Sun | Give courtesans Coin and send them to charm Drifters into joining your ranks. |
| Shrine of the Sea | The Shrine of the Sea buffs ships that complete events with Sea Legs, improving one random stat. |
Appearances

- … Give Nothing Back!: Obtain 100,000 Coin.
- Fistful of Coin: Discover the fate of the Red Sails.
- Trade all stored resources for Coin
- Appease them with Coin and buy some time!
- We ask one of our crewmates to watch over Crowley, and leave some coin to provide for his needs.
- We keep the same production and maybe save some coin, but people keep getting injured, causing more discontent in the community.
- While some crewmates question the wisdom of letting these merchants leave without buying (or stealing) anything from them, we ultimately decide our coin can be put to better use.
