The rescued inmates from Buccaneer’s End are stirring unrest. What now?

Option 1Take the BribeThe Buccaneer’s End Crew intends to do things their own way and won’t accept orders from us or anyone. They give us a pouch of Coin and ask to be left alone. We accept the bribe, but it doesn’t ease the tensions across the island.
Option 2Accept the Smuggled GoodsThe gang points us towards an old cache filled with Cannonballs. While this will make defending our island much easier, it doesn’t ease the tensions amongst the population.
Option 3Brand Them With TarIf we want our community to survive, let alone thrive, we can’t allow a small group to do as they please and openly disrespect our rules. This is the burden of leaders.
Option 4Exile the SuspectsWe didn’t free them from a prison to confine them to another. But we can’t let them disrupt our community either. If they’re unhappy with our island, then fine, they can leave. If they elect to stay, however, then they have to follow the same rules as everyone else.
