Fishermen have been poisoned by the dreaded stonefish. How should we handle this?

Decision	Choose	Effect
Option 1	Prepare the Antidote	The stonefish’s venom causes paralysis which can still the lungs and stop the heart. Our antidote will force the poisoned to breathe, no matter how painful it may be.
Option 2	Extract the Venom to make Medicine	A large dose of stonefish venom will kill you, but maybe it’s possible to become immune to its effects by drinking a small quantity every day. Turning poison into Medicine is certainly a daring idea, although some crewmates find it literally and figuratively hard to swallow.
Option 3	Give a Merciful Death	With stonefish venom, there’s not much we can do. Some will get better, some won’t. For the latter category, it will be a slow, painful death as the poison stills their lungs and stops their heart. We can’t save them, but we can make sure they don’t suffer.
